Family and Youth Events
ChildrenChildcare
Children are always welcome in worship, but if it is helpful to parents, childcare is also available in the nursery for children up to age four during the 9:00 am service on Sundays. The nursery is located in the Youth Building, across the courtyard from the church; first-timers are invited to come into the church and ask an usher for directions. Children are normally brought into worship to be with their parents for Holy Communion.
Children's Chapel
Children’s Chapel meets during the 9:00 am service on Sundays, except July. Children gather in the Youth Building across the courtyard from church, then join their families in the church for Holy Communion. Chapel includes a story, prayers, music and crafts or activities related to the morning's lessons.
Acolytes and other Worship Assistants Children and youth regularly serve in worship by reading lessons, assisting at the altar, carrying the cross, or even administering Communion. |
